The heart serves so many purposes in our body...
What a complex organ it can be;
While at the same time being not so complex.

It circulates the blood in our body...
And all of our emotions come from the heart;
In our hearts is where we believe, hope, and love.

Keep these words of the heart
near as you read on...

I recently purchased this beautiful CD
Full of only calming music...
Sometimes I play it and listen to the
Relaxing music while I am reading;
But mostly I play it to help me drift off to sleep.

Over the past few weeks;
I have read several articles and books,
That mention using such music in other ways...
For example: meditating.

My CD is actually considered to be...
A creative sample of music that invites
Your heart into the peaceful realms
Of reflection and serenity.

So, I decided to give this meditating or
Form of prayer, if you would rather
Think of it in those terms, a try.

I placed my CD in my CD player...
Ah! What beautiful music I did hear.

As I was standing, I closed my eyes,
Did some stretching, and rolled my neck;
To help release any tension in my body.

Then I took my arms,
Which seemed to rise effortlessly
In the air and held them toward Heaven.

Keeping my eyes closed;
I focused on the beauty of the music,
Myself, and God above...
It was such a peaceful feeling.

I then lowered my arms and put my hands
(one on top of the other)
Over my heart and felt the beating of my heart...
One beat after another.

Eyes closed...
Beautiful calm music...
One beat after another...

Ah! The beating of my heart, one beat after another.

Eyes closed...
Beautiful calm music...
One beat after another...

Beating on and on, so steady, so strong.

Eyes closed...
Beautiful calm music...
One beat after another...

I felt almost as if I were floating.

Eyes closed...
Beautiful calm music...
One beat after another...

At that moment,
I felt so connected to God;
The One who makes my heart beat.
One beat after another...
This heart, my heart,
A priceless gift from above.

Eyes closed...
Beautiful calm music...
One beat after another...

It was truly an amazing experience;
Just feeling the beating of
My heart and the oneness with God.

I remember feeling and saying...

God loves me!
God loves me!
God loves me!

The Heart Is The Connection...

It is in the very heart of our hearts;
That we seek Him and find Him.
For the Bible tells us,
You will find Me, when? -
You see Me with ALL of your heart.

The beating of your heart comes from
The same Heavenly Power Source as mine.

And He loves YOU too!

Don't let anyone convince you otherwise...

Before we were ever born;
God had our very first heart beat
All planned out.
This is true...
If it were not, I would not be
Telling you so.
