Seems like only yesterday
Went shopping it was swell
If I'm not mistaken
At that time I wore size twelve.

I went to sleep one night it seems
Woke up walked down the hall
Opened up the closet
All my clothes was much too small.

They shrunk in the closet
For that I am sure
Now I'm broke, no money
I can't buy any more.

Need to get the house checked
Don't know what made them shrink
Can't contemplate what happened
But something sure does stink.

Just left the beauty parlor
Guess I'll have a little lunch
Spaghetti, bread, french fries
WOW! Just in time for brunch.

Oh my! That restaurant made my belt shrink....
